hi, just wondering, where did you got your hard candy concealer? i have been looking for it in some walmarts and i cant find it :'( where did you buy it? ;O

I bought it at a Wal-Mart Superstore in Toronto/GTA! Every Wal-Mart should be carrying Hard Candy by now.. so it really depends on if you’re lucky and they have it in stock. Good luck!

Found this in the pile of my Mum’s unwanted clothes!

The other day Mum and I were doing our annual closet cleanup for the salvation army. I’ve never actually looked at the clothes she gave away, which pains me to think about all the gems I could’ve picked up. This year, I helped her with her pile, and came across this beautiful jacket that she made a decade+ ago. Shoulder pads, delicate gold buttons—- in love! Today, I’m wearing this with my baby pink h&m pants to a famjam. Mum didn’t believe me when I told her I really liked this jacket.. can’t wait to see the smile on her face tonight!

How do I look like I have minimal eyebags when I sleep at ~4AM every night? This product is keeeeeey.
I’ve been looking for Hard Candy’s Glamouflage everytime I go to the superstore, but it’s been out of stock since forever. So glad I finally found this today!
The product description says its for concealing anything from eyebags to blemishes to tattoos. A little dab goes a long way since it’s so heavy and concentrated.. I’m sure if I had any tattoos to cover, it’d do the job.
Despite it being so heavy, it’s still really blendable. Only down side is that it’s a bit dry so it can accentuate wrinkles and flaky skin, but for $5.95, I can spare a bit more time in the morning to use a proper primer and really use this to its full potential.

We named him Bear, after the species he was modeled after.
It’s hella hot, but for some reason, I don’t mind cuddling this giant furball..he gives a comforting warmth :):)

i’m really mean when i’m hungry.

Why I Never Had a Proper Sunhat
1. I refused for a really long time to get a hat like this one because it’s so hongkong, and does not match anything else in my wardrobe except clothes from grade 9-10, which shall never ever see the light of day again. I didn’t get one of these back then either because I didn’t go out very much and my crazyhongkong clothes were only worn to school (hats weren’t allowed), so a hat in my wardrobe was not necessary.
2. I can’t pull them off without looking overly madeup. I could choose to wear more simple and basic clothes to balance the hat, but I wouldn’t wear the hat indoors, so I’d look too bland when I take it off. Why would I incorporate something into my outfit that I would have to eliminate later?
3. Hat hair.
4. I don’t spend much time out in the sun.
5. Let’s go over the hats I know of that provide proper sun protection for your face:
a) Big floppy beach hat (I like, but not for everyday)
b) Visor (no)
c) I don’t know what these are called, but I searched for “sun face shield” and it was the first result: http://tinyurl.com/cc46n4p —-these are literally impossible to work into an acceptable outfit.
d) Trucker hat
I didn’t have any other option.
Why I got it anyway
The other day I decided to walk to work because the gluttonous dinner the night before was guilt-tripping me. I had to shield my face with my hands for the entire 1.5 hours because there was no tree shade in my favour and I didn’t have a sunhat that matched my all-black attire for work..#firstworldproblems. Every other time that I go out for a walk/run, it’s when the sun is down. I really don’t want to tan. The entire walk I was thinking about how perfect a trucker hat would be.
Today, I went an asian mall for an acceptable and affordable hat (there are no perfect hats for me, but thats okay. I won’t be seeing it much). Many bejeweled hats later, I found this simpler one. It’s black, will be relatively easier to match my clothes with, and the brim is really really protruded, perfect for protecting my face with. Usually I take a really long time to pick out my clothes (this store had 41092840 hats to choose from), but I picked this one out quickly because I really didn’t care that much.. but just enough to write a whole post about it.

This really wasn’t a big deal.. nor was it a rant in anyway. I just thought it’d be fun to share. I hope I didn’t come across as someone who only cares about clothes. I care about my hair too.
